LiftOff, the program developed and led by the Talent Forge team, accelerates our community’s future by connecting students and employers for real-world work experiences and paid internship opportunities. This program matches promising students, ages 16-18, with quality employers for valuable on-the-job learning opportunities as part of Talent Forge, a community-wide internship program comprised of Broward County leaders from business, education and public service.
Paid Internship Opportunities
LiftOff’s services are funded through county grants and donations, it’s 100% free to you. Now’s your chance to try out a potential career path that fits your natural strengths and interests:

How do I sign up?
All applications and listings are handled through Liftoff’s online portal. We want to keep this information secure so students can track their hours directly into the portal. Head to the Liftoff portal website LiftOff
Why can’t I sign up directly?
We want to ensure that every opportunity we offer has been properly vetted through our team of experts. Begin the process by filling out your employer form below.
How do I sign up as a student?
Currently, we’re not offering self-enrollment, but please talk to your counselor or career services at your school or college to enroll.
What makes Talent Forge different from other recruitment services?
Our process is a specialized methodology unique to matching student talent to the right employers. For business leaders, this small investment allows you to identify promising talent quicker and easier. Due to it being a curated community, the only students on our Liftoff platform are pre-vetted and ready to match.
